TIPP V LIMERICK The senior hurlers take on Limerick tomorrow, 21st February, at 5.30 pm in FBD Semple Stadium in the fourth round of the league. To say recent results have been unbalanced between the counties would be an understatement and doubtless Liam Cahill and his players will be anxious to redress that imbalance. It will bring back memories of that great display in the first round of the championship last year which acted as a springboard for a fantastic year. Limerick have named a strong side for the game.
NIGHT AT THE DOGS The night’s entertainment will only be half over with the conclusion of the match. Supporters will be able to cross the road to Thurles Greyhound Stadium for the Supporters Club annual Night at the Dogs….one of the main fundraisers for the team in the coming year.
