HARTY CUP / SCHOOLS
Today at 12.30 High School Clonmel play Presentation Secondary School, Milltown in the Corn Uí Mhuirí Munster Senior ‘A’ Football semifinal. Best of luck to the High School in their efforts to make the Munster final.Following on their exciting semi final win over Thurles CBS,  Nenagh CBS will play St. Flannan’s  in Zimmer Biomet Páirc Uí Chíosóg in the final on Sat. 31st Jan at 1pm. Thomas Walsh of Waterford is the referee. Also on the 31st, St. Joseph’s Borrisoleigh face Dungarvan CBS in the Munster Under 19 ‘C’ Hurling Competition (TUS Corn Risteard Uí Mhathúna) final.


LEAGUE MATCH V GALWAY
The Allianz National Hurling League kicks off for Tipperary when they face Galway this evening at 7.00pm in FBD Semple Stadium. Liam Cahill  has named a mixture of the tried and tested with some exciting new talent for this clash and, with Micheál Donoghue ringing the changes and taking a leaf out of Liam’s book by introducing younger talent, it’s sure to be an intriguing contest…weather permitting. 



TSC MASCOT
The Tipperary Supporters Club mascot for the first League game of 2026 is Liam Costello. Liam plays under 8 and under 10 for his club, Drom & Inch. Liam is aged 7 and is in First Class at Inch National School. He loves training with his club, Drom & Inch, and his favourite position is anywhere in the forwards.Liam is a proud Tipp supporter, constantly reading over old match programs, putting posters up on his bedroom wall and loves travelling to Tipp hurling matches.The hurley is rarely out of his hands whether it’s playing or going for a few pucks with his friends after school or at home with his family.Liam’s favourite player is John McGrath.


UPCOMING NIGHT AT THE DOGS
The Tipperary Supporters Club will host a Night at the Dogs on Saturday, February 21st at Thurles Greyhound Stadium, with the first of 10 races off at 7.30pm. Tickets are €20 for adults, with children free, and include a race card, free raffle and autograph signing by 2025 All-Ireland winning players. The night will feature a free raffle with prizes including a hotel break, cash and signed jerseys, along with sponsorship opportunities. This proved to be a most enjoyable night for all last year and, in tandem with the Tipp-Limerick League clash, will make for a big night in the Cathedral Town.Tickets are available online at
