THE 06 AND 07 MINORS MAKE AN IMPACT

From Tipperary GAA Scene on www.tipperarygaa.ie
Tipperary’s victory over Limerick in the last round of the NHL was notable for the fact that eight of the Tipperary players used on the day have won All-Ireland Minor Hurling medals with the Premier County in 2006 or 2007. Padraic Maher, Thomas Stapleton, Gearoid Ryan, Pa Bourke, Patrick Maher, Brendan Maher, Seamus Hennessy and NHL debutant Michael Cahill all played some part in the victory over Limerick while two other Minor medallists – Seamus Callanan and Noel McGrath started 7 games between them in the National League to date. And no doubt all of them will want to play a part in Sunday’s final against Kilkenny.
