From Tipperary GAA Scene

Tipperary continued their unbeaten run in the National Hurling League when they secured their third victory of the current campaign over Clare in Thurles last Sunday. Tipperary with 6 points are 2 points clear of Dublin, Waterford and Limerick at the top of the Division 1 table. Kilkenny and Galway have the opportunity to join the teams on 4 points when they play their postponed first round game next Sunday in Pearse Stadium, Galway. Tipperary’s next game will be on Sunday March 22nd against Kilkenny in Nowlan Park.

Tipperary have scored 4-51 in the League so far and conceded 1-37. Only Dublin with 6-47 have scored more but they have conceded 2-40. A total of 17 Tipperary players have scored with the leading scorers being Willie Ryan (0-11), Seamus Callanan (0-9), Pa Bourke (0-6), Paul Kelly (1-2), John O’Brien (1-2), Pat Kerwick (1-1), Patrick Maher (1-1) and James Woodlock (0-4).
