David Shanahan describes his great day out as Tipperary Mascot

My name is David Shanahan from Silvermines GAA Club.  I was the Mascot for the Tipperary v Dublin match in Semple Stadium.  I got my picture taken with the Tipperary team and the two captains at the coin toss.  I was taken up to the Tipp FM commentary box for the first half.  I met Paddy Finucane, Tom McGrath, Walty Moloney and Ian O’Connor from Tipp FM.  At half time I was interviewed by Paddy.  Ian took me in to the press room where I met a lot of reporters.  I had a great day being the Mascot and it was made better when Tipp won both their hurling and football matches.  I would like to thank John Coman who organised all this and for the caps and keyrings he gave me and also the Tipp FM sports team.

The Tipperary Supporters Club would like to thank Tipp FM www.tippfm.com for their great assistance with this prize which is open to all Junior Members who can join for FREE on www.tippsupportersclub.com .
