Colm Hayde describes his day as Mascot for the Tipperary SH Team

The Sunday morning before the Tipperary V Laois match I heard that I had been picked to be mascot for the game. I was really thrilled with the news. When match day arrived I was really excited. I had my photo taken with the Tipperary Team and also with both team captains and the referee before throw in. It was amazing to get amongst all the players. When the game started, I was asked to be a guest of Tipp FM and I was sitting with the commentators for the duration of the game. They were really kind to me and interviewed me on radio and gave me an Easter egg. It was my first time being on radio. I had my match programme signed by my favourite player Eoin Kelly. It really was an excellent day. I would like to thank John Coman, Tipperary supporters Club and Tipp FM for the excellent time I had. I would also like to thank my Mam and Dad and my brother Cian.
